First of all, if anybady still checks up on this space, sorry for the long gap in the updates.
I have however been working localy on and off, trying to work out idea's etc. and I might have found somthing that could solve the graphical part of a comic (which would mainly leave the lazy me problem :o) )
what I've been thinking about is to make a 3d comic.. basicaly, instead of drawing, I would just make, position and render it in 3d, then move the render to photoshop, add text and hope it turns out beter than my hand drawn stuff.
I'm however still working on the basic stuff tho, like figuring out storyline, making basic designs, making more advanced designed with details etc.
here's a 3 render preview of one of the possible ships tho.
it's just a basic form with some colors added right now, so don't get your hopes up to high...

Well, the new name seems to be MindShape.

It's been a while hasen't it :p
I'm curently working on another idea for a comic, and while it might not be as colorfull or planned out as m&k, I'm hoping I can keep it up a bit longer.
the most work on m&k was the inkting/scanning/colloring, so I'm trying somthing that needs less of that now.
also, it will be more spontanious, so no set schedule but more in bursts (few days of 1comic/day, then a few days break, another few days of comic, another day break etc.)
it isn't as much fun to follow daily, since you won't be shure of a daily dose of comic, but it should be easier for me (I'm lazy and I know it ;p )

anyway, new comic coming soon, will be putting all the current comics on a seperate page tho, so they won't be lost.

btw, don't know what the new name will be, so keeping the old website/name untill I know :)

making a break...

I'm temporarly freezing the comic...
I'm gone take a step back, see what direction I can take the comic and see if I still want to draw a comic...
curently, I've been quickly drawing a comic every night for three days on a row, and since I had a detailed script for those comics, it wasen't to hard, but at the moment, my detailed script ran out, the big script is not helping much, and I'm not having much fun drawing a comic in a hurry, which results in badly looking results (well... worse then on the other days :p )
so...

for the next days/weeks, no comic... but if I manage to make up my mind, I'll let you know :D
untill then, I'll be checking on the shoutbox and the forum regulary, so tell me what you think I should do :p

about climbing, tired muscles and a empty comic buffer...

not really comic related... but still a bit in the end :)

I went climbing for the first time today... and, while it was fun, it was exhausting for somebody as out of shape as me ( the only exercise I get is running up the stairs after getting some more to drink after the computer :p )

Now, you should also know that the buffer for the comic ran dry today, so I defiantly had to make some more comics and upload at least one today :D so, I drew it last nigh, inked it today with unsteady hands from the climbing and managed to get it uploaded a few minutes ago... but that is still only 1 comic... so tomorrow, I need to make another one :p

Not that I mind or anything :p it’s just, that I really am a bit lazy, and should have boosted the buffer before the weekend :D but hell, got to keep life exciting ;)
